Its a WINGET tractor or as its a yellow one it may be the later model built by MSW? Winget are better known for the small building site dumper trucks and concrete mixers that they made I think they are fitted with a Lister engine

It is a Winget. Used a lot on smallholdings and nurseries. A few can be seen in plough matches up and down the country. Usually a 10 hp Lister as Paul says. I have seen one fitted with a 12 hp Kohler.
If memory serves me MSW only made them for a short while before the went into receivership. A pity as they are a very durable machine, however Kubota offering small diesel engines ensured their demise.
